Case: 83-year old female presented on 11/5/10 with non-STEMI and CHF. Cath revealed III vessel and left main disease with LVEF of 30%. Patient underwent culprit vessel PCI of RCA. Patient is now scheduled for complex PCI of calcific LAD and left main with Impella Recovers 2.5 LV Assist Device.
